I believe in creating space for you to explore your priorities, honor your values, and advance your personal and professional goals. A coaching relationship is strongest when it is collaborative, supportive, and pushes you to meet challenges with curiosity and clarity. I specialize in supporting people who are feeling stuck or knocked off course, navigating significant life transitions, and ready to rebuild confidence and momentum while staying aligned with their core purpose and values.
I received my coaching training through American University’s Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance Program and have been trained in trauma-informed approaches and resilience strategies. I am a member of The International Coaching Federation (ICF), the world’s largest association for professional coaches.
With more than 20 years of leadership experience in the NGO community and at the U.S. State Department, I am skilled in navigating cross-cultural challenges and the systems that influence global issues. I have managed large and small teams and worked closely with stakeholders — including senior executives, community partners, and survivor leaders — to advance human rights and anti-trafficking priorities globally. I am particularly grateful to have worked closely with anti-trafficking survivor leaders to develop federal policies and programs informed by their lived experience and wise counsel.
I am an attorney and represented survivors of human trafficking in New York City, working in partnership with social service providers to support their needs.
My goal is to create connections and use the interconnected systems around us to accomplish complex challenges.
